(1) Firstly, the subgrade slope line is accurately released. In order to ensure the width of the subgrade, each side is widened by 0.5 m. The flattened base soil is leveled and then statically pressed twice with a 25T vibratory roller, and then 50T is used for four times. The flat place is artificially leveled.

(2) Laying a 0.3m thick medium (coarse) sand, after manual mechanical leveling, the 25T vibratory roller is statically pressed twice.

(3) Laying geogrid, when the geogrid is laid, the bottom surface should be flat and compact. Generally, it should be flattened, straightened, not overlapped, and should not be curled or twisted. The adjacent two geogrids should be overlapped by 0.2m and along the roadbed. The horizontally overlapping portion of the geogrid is interspersed with a No. 8 wire every 1 meter, and is fixed to the ground with a U-shaped nail every 1.5-2 m on the laid grille.

(4) After the first layer of geogrid is laid, the second layer of 0.2m thick medium (coarse) sand is started. The method: the car is transported to the construction site and discharged to the side of the roadbed, and then pushed forward by the bulldozer. After filling 0.1m on both sides of the roadbed, fold the first layer of geogrid and fill it with 0.1m of medium (coarse) sand. It is forbidden to fill and push the sides to the middle. The operation is carried out on the geogrid without filling the middle (crude) sand. This ensures that the geogrid is flat, can not be drum, and does not wrinkle. After the (thick) sand in the second layer is leveled, horizontal measurement is required. Prevent the thickness of the filling from being uneven. After the flattening is correct, static pressure is applied twice by the 25T vibratory roller.

(5) The construction method of the second layer geogrid is the same as that of the first layer method. Finally, 0.3 m of medium (coarse) sand is filled, and the filling method is the same as that of the first layer. After static pressing with a 25T roller, the subgrade base The reinforcement is processed.

(6) After the (thick) sand is crushed in the third layer, two geogrids are laid on both sides of the slope along the longitudinal direction of the line, overlapped by 0.16m, and connected by the same method, then the earthwork construction is started, and the geotechnical work is laid. For the slope protection of the grille, the edge of the pavement must be measured for each layer. On each side, the geogrid should be buried in the slope of 0.10m after the slope is renovated.

(7) When the slope geogrid is filled with two layers of soil, that is, when the thickness is 0.8m, a layer of geogrid should be laid on both sides at the same time, and so on, until it is laid down on the surface of the shoulder.

(8) After the roadbed is filled, the slope is repaired in time, and the dry stone protection of the slope foot is carried out. The roadbed is widened by 0.3m except for each side, and 1.5% of the sinking amount is reserved.

Geogrid construction precautions The paving surface of the geogrid should be relatively flat. After the experience of the pavement layer is passed, in order to prevent the longitudinal skew phenomenon, first draw the white line or the hanging line according to the width of the paving layer, then you can start Paving, then fix the end of the grille with iron nails (8 nails per meter wide, uniform distance), fix the grille end, and slowly spread the grille forward with the paving machine. Shop 10 meters long for manual tightening and straightening once, until a roll of grille is finished, then roll the next roll, operate the same as before, after rolling a roll, use the 6T-10T roller to start from the starting point and roll forward. Press it once, (such as paving on the middle layer and leveling layer, it is better to use steel roller road roller; if the grille is directly laid on the concrete road, it is better to use a roller roller,) As the unit length of the laying, after the length of the section of the paving grid is covered, the paving quality is checked once, and then the next section is laid. When the next section is paved, the grille and grille can be used 10 -15CM lap length, and fixed with iron nails or wooden wedges, continue to spread the second section in the forward direction, and so on.
